I'm Arifuz Zaman Antor, the AZA in AZA XECUTION. I sit down with people who built something real and dig into the process: the decisions, the failures and what it took.

How to prepare
Five things before the day.
- Pick one or two real decisions you are happy to talk through in detail.
- Bring numbers you are comfortable sharing, and tell us which ones are off the record.
- Tell us before recording about anything you would rather not discuss.
- Wear solid colours. Small stripes and large logos look busy on camera.
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can set up microphones and lights.
On the day, and after

We welcome you, set up microphones and lights and check the sound.
Record
One focused conversation. You can pause, take a break or say something again.
Edit
We cut the full episode, chapters and short clips.
Publish
It goes out on a Saturday at 4 PM on YouTube and our social channels, and we send you the links to share.
